This form is for classes in the School of Art and Design only, with the following subject codes: ART, ARTC, ARTF, ARTH, ARTS or ARTT. The form will be deleted without notification if it is submitted for a class outside of the School of Art and Design.

Please note that override request forms are monitored during active registration periods Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. These forms are not monitored after 5pm or on weekends or holidays, or when the registration system is closed.
