NOTE: There is no fly space in the Auditorium. Some "scenery" can be dead hung by prior arrangement. Projector and video equipment are not provided, nor does Music staff set up or operate Media Services equipment.

NOTE: Faculty or Guest Artist understands that program material MUST be submitted to the Music Office TWO WEEKS prior to the recital. Failure to confirm to this deadline may result in there being no programs available for this recital. Applicant also understands this reservation form must be completed in its entirety before confirmation is given and that publicity concerning this event will not be published until such confirmation is given.

Applicant/Sponsor also understands that Evans Auditorium equipment and space is limited and that the Production Coordinator must be consulted for specific needs.

Applicant/Sponsor also understands that projector and video equipment is not provided, and that Music staff is not authorized to set up or operate Media Services equipment.

Applicant/Sponsor agrees that there will be NO FOOD, DRINKS, or SMOKING allowed in the audience area of Evans Auditorium and that NO OPEN FLAME (FIRE) will be allowed on stage.
